Create custom displays for handling notifications
Volumeter
Provides a master volume OSD (on-screen display) to alert you when the system volume changes.
Works with XP, Vista, and Win7
To install:
- Download the .zip file
- Extract the .exe
- Run the .exe
The best way to use Volumeter is to add it to your Startup folder so that it automatically runs when you log on to your computer. Volumeter works best with a display that coalesces notifications, such as Meter (otherwise, you may get multiple notifications when the volume changes).
Volumeter does not show in the taskbar, nor does it place an icon in the system tray. The only way to close the application is to kill the process in the Task Manager.
